Join park staff for a program featuring Gyotaku, or the Japanese art of fish printing. Participants are welcome to stop by anytime between 10 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. to make their fish print.
Need to Know
- Pets allowed (must be on a 6 foot leash)
- Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
- Program is weather dependent and may be cancelled without notice. Check the website for updates before you head out.
- Meet at the Boat Ramp parking lot
What to Bring
- Bring a white T-shirt to make your own unique fish-printed T-shirt (fabric paint is provided, T-shirts are not)
- Yourself and your creativity
- Weather-appropriate clothing
- Water, hat, and sun protection
What to Expect
- Outdoor setting with opportunities for questions and discussion
- An easy and fun artistic activity that’s great for all ages
- All supplies are provided by the park, except for T-shirts
