Ice Fishing Derby

Wildhorse Reservoir is a premier trout reservoir of Northern Nevada. Trophy Rainbow Trout, German Brown Trout, Tiger Trout, Channel Catfish and Perch are abundant. Join Park staff for the annual Wild Horse Ice Fishing Derby, Saturday, February 18 and Sunday, February 19, features prizes for the longest trout. Activities include sleddingl, ice skating, and a raffle. Registration is $10/person/day.
