America 250 Volunteer Project - Group Camp Area Revitalization
Join Nevada State Parks for a rewarding volunteer day focused on refreshing Valley of Fire’s group camp and picnic areas. Volunteers will help with painting, trash cleanup, and light maintenance projects that improve the visitor experience in one of Nevada’s most beloved parks. This event is great for individuals, families with older children, and first-time volunteers looking for a fun, impactful way to give back.

Time: 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Location: Valley of Fire State Park
Need to Know
- Pets not allowed
- Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
- Program is weather dependent and may be cancelled without notice; check the website for updates
- Meet-up location will be shared with registered volunteers
What to Bring
- Comfortable, closed-toe shoes
- Sun protection and clothing you don’t mind getting dirty
