Join park staff for a bird watching program at Washoe Lake State Park. Participants should bring binoculars, sun protection, insect repellant, and dress for the weather. The park has a limited supply of binoculars and bird guides to use during the program.
WHEN: Sunday, July 7, 2024, from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
WHERE: 4855 Eastlake Blvd (Take the Eastlake Blvd Exit #10 from I-580.). Meet in the Day Use Area near the Main Boat Ramp. After paying the fee at the park entrance, turn left, and it’s the third parking lot on the right.
COST: $5 per vehicle for Nevada residents and $10 per vehicle for non NV residents. We can accept cash, check, and credit.
