Birding at Spring Mountain Ranch!
Ready to stretch your legs, soak in gorgeous desert views, and spot some feathered friends?
At Spring Mountain Ranch State Park—famous for its historic charm and star-studded past—you’ll enjoy a relaxed birding adventure with the Red Rock Audubon Society’s experienced Birders.
We’ll explore two scenic trails (easy to moderate, about 2–3 miles total) while keeping an eye out for the park’s winged residents.
What to bring:
- Sturdy shoes for uneven ground
- Sunscreen + hat + layers (the desert sun is no joke!)
- Plenty of water and snacks
- Binoculars for the best bird-spotting experience
Registration is required — reserve your spot before it flies away!
