Nevada Division of State Parks is seeking bid proposals for the construction of a new shop building, a duplex residence, a multi-use trail and other various site improvements to Van Sickle Bi-State Park. Other associated or incidental work as shown or specified in the Contract Documents.
Proposals will be received for the work online through www.questcdn.com (QuestCDN project number: 10173496) until 1:00 PM PST on May 19, 2026, at which time the bids will be opened and publicly read. All work shall be completed in (365) calendar days from the date stated in the Notice to Proceed, while adhering to the digging season in the Tahoe basin. A pre-bid meeting will be at the park on Friday, May 8.
