World Letter Writing Day
Long before emails, text messaging, and social media, family, friends and strangers communicated through letter writing. Eliza Buckland was a prolific letter writer. Her letters from the mid-1800s provide a glimpse into the day-to-day lives of the Buckland family and early Nevada history.
