Ranger Led Night Hike

Join us on a ranger-led hike to the heights of Sandstone Canyon, and beneath the star-lit eaves of our three-hundred year old ash tree grove! We’ll glimpse what creatures come out at night, and see how nightfall transforms the Spring Mountain escarpment. This hike is about two miles long, and will cover rocky, uneven terrain. Please dress appropriately, wear closed-toed shoes, and bring water and a flashlight. This hike is appropriate for children ages seven and up and we do welcome dogs as long as they are on a 6 foot leash and under control at all times. This event does not require a sign up or reservation and will start promptly at 4 PM. Park gates will be closed by 4 PM so please be ready to hike at 4PM.
