This annual event takes us back to a “simpler’ time when daily life focused on the basics of surviving. Come out for some hands-on activities of the skills needed for surviving on your own during the early days of Nevada. Get the answers to questions like: How do you make butter? Where did pioneers wash their clothes. Where did they get their groceries?
Pioneer Day will be a day of discovery for the young, a day of memories for the mature and a day of music and fun activities for the family.
Saturday, September 30
10:00 am - 2:00 pm
Entry to Spring Mountain Ranch State Park is $10:00 per vehicle for Nevada Residents and $15.00 per vehicle for non-residents.
Nevada State Parks is committed to providing accessible experiences for all visitors. If you need a reasonable communication accommodation to participate in this event, please contact the park or event coordinator no later than 10 days in advance so we have time to work with you and support your visit.
