Halloween Movie Nights
In the spirit of Halloween, Sand Harbor State Park will be hosting a weeklong double feature movie night event.
WHAT: Halloween Movie Nights and Trick or Treating
WHEN: October 24-28, 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
WHERE: Sand Harbor State Park Divers Cove, 2005 NV-28, Incline Village, NV 89451.
WHO: The event is open to the public.
COST: Entrance fee charged per vehicle.

MORE: During the week of October 24-28, Sand Harbor State Park will be showing two different movies per day, movie list pending, except for Friday October 28th. The first showing will start at 5:30 p.m. and will be kid friendly movies, the second showing will start at 7:30 p.m. and will be horror movies ranging in ratings from PG13-R. Viewer discretion is advised and appropriate viewing age will be at parental discretion. On Friday October 28th there will only be a 5:30 p.m. kid friendly showing followed by Trick or Treat in the park, don’t forget to dress up. Bring blankets, chairs, jackets and goodies to help you enjoy the movies from the beach, there will be no concessions available. Flashlights are also recommended as there is no outside lighting at Sand Harbor, the 7:30 p.m. showing will be dark. The beach area will be separated into two halves, the front designated for visitors with blankets and the back half being used for chairs to ensure everyone can enjoy the shows. Don’t forget to help us take care of our State Parks and practice leave no trace while visiting, trash cans are located throughout the park for your convenience. Tahoe does get cold this time of year, so please dress warm.
