Nevada Division of State Parks is seeking bid proposals the all the exhibit fabrication for the construction of a new visitor center at Valley of Fire State Park. The building is just over 16,000 sq. ft. with almost half that dedicated to public space. The complete/turnkey scope of work will include the requirement for construction of highly accurate artificial rock, audio-visual production, including the supply and integration of associated audio-visual hardware, graphic production, the supply of custom conservation quality display cases, interpretive sculptures and models, and the supply and installation of exhibit lighting. Other associated or incidental work as shown or specified in the Contract Documents.

This re-bid is the same project with the same elements, just a different defined base bid and alternates.

Proposals will be received for the work online through www.questcdn.com (QuestCDN project number: 9352933) until 1:00 PM PST on October 17, 2024, at which time the bids will be opened and publicly read.  All site work shall be completed in (365) calendar days from the date stated in the Notice to Proceed.
