Project Bidding Notice: DAM OUTLET WORKS IMPROVEMENTS

DAM OUTLET WORKS IMPROVEMENTS - ECHO CANYON DAM

Nevada Division of State Parks is seeking bid proposals for repairs to the Echo Canyon Dam. Repairs to the outlet works at Echo Canyon Dam include a new outlet works slide gate, stem, vent pipe and trash rack at the inlet; repairs to concrete spalling of the principal spillway intake in the section located above ground; removal and replacement of the outlet works concrete headwall on the downstream side of the dam; construction of new rip rap stilling basin downstream of the outlet works headwall; and construction of the new culvert in the access road which crosses the downstream outlet channel.

Proposals will be received for the work online through www.questcdn.com (QuestCDN project number: 9259507) until 2:00 PM PST on September 12, 2024, at which time the bids will be opened and publicly read.  All work shall be completed in (120) calendar days from the date stated in the Notice to Proceed.

All bidders are invited and encouraged to attend an onsite pre-bid meeting on Wednesday, August 28, 2024, at 10:00 AM. Park staff and the design team will go over the project and answer any questions.
