October 2022 Full Moon Hike

Valley of Fire State Park

Our last night hike was a New Moon Hike at Mouse's Tank, so for this Full Moon Hike we wanted you to be able to see that trail under the light of the moon!

The difference between not only night and day, but dark night and moon-illuminated night is stunning. It makes for a different experience each time!

** Note that the park closes at sunset. You must be attending a park-approved event to be anywhere in the park after hours, and you must be in the specific area(s) where the event is being held. Commercial photography is prohibited without a permit. **
