Easter Egg Hunt at Washoe Lake
Fun for all ages! The South Valley Volunteer Fire Department is hosting an Easter Egg Hunt in the park! The Easter Bunny arrives at 12 p.m. and the hunt starts at 12:30 p.m. sharp. Due to the cost of eggs, we will be using candy-filled plastic eggs. Food and drinks will be available for purchase. Please plan to arrive early, as parking spots fill quickly. The South Valley Volunteer Fire Department is asking for a minimum $5 donation at the park entrance to help cover the cost of supplies.
WHEN: Saturday, March 30, 2024. The Easter Bunny arrives at 12 p.m. and the Easter Egg hunt begins at 12:30 p.m. sharp.
WHERE: Washoe Lake State Park Group Use Area. Take Exit 10 from I-580 and drive north on Eastlake Blvd. approximately four miles. The park entrance is on the left. Turn left past the fee booth and follow the road towards the boat ramp for the parking areas.
COST: Park entrance fees are waived for this event, but the South Valley Volunteer Fire Department is asking for a $5 donation to help cover the cost of supplies.
WHO: This event is open to the public and is hosted by the South Valley Volunteer Fire Department and Washoe Lake State Park.
