Let's go Botanizing! Botanize means to study plants or plant life and to collect plants for scientific study. Join park staff at Kershaw-Ryan State Park for a leisurely stroll through the park to identify wildflowers, shrubs, and other common plants taht are found in the area... Botanize!
WHAT: Plant Hikes
WHEN: April 28th, May 11th, May 19th, and May 26th. Hike starts at 3:00pm.
WHERE: Kershaw-Ryan State Park located at 300 Kershaw Canyon Road, Caliente, NV 89008. Meet at the day use area at 3:00pm for all hikes.
WHO: Open to the public
COST: The event is free, but park entrance fees apply.
