Plant identification Hike

Spooner Lake State Park

On this hike, participants will learn how to tell the difference between the various trees, shrubs and flowers that grow around the lake. Bring water and wear sturdy shoes or hiking boots. Meet in the upper section of the parking lot.

WHEN: Saturday, June 17 and Saturday, 24, 10 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

WHERE: Spooner Lake State Park is located .25 miles north of Highway 50 on State Route 28 in Glenbrook, NV.

COST: Entrance fee of $10 per vehicle. Nevada residents receive a $2 discount. There is no additional charge for the hike.
