Lantern Tour

Step back in time and step into adventure as you tour historic Fort Churchill by lantern light. This unique walking tour (approximately 1 mile) allows visitors to view the many resources at Fort Churchill in a different light. End the evening with a cup of apple cider or hot chocolate at the museum. Please dress for the weather and wear comfortable closed-toe shoes. Program is intended for adults and children ten years of age or older. Reservations required; please email ksanderson@parks.nv.gov to reserve your spot.

WHEN: Saturday, October 16, 2021 & Saturday, October 30, 2021, 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

WHERE: Meet at the Fort Churchill Museum. Fort Churchill is located 8 miles south of the Highway 95A/Highway 50 intersection on Highway 95A at 10000 Highway 95A, Silver Springs,NV 89429. 

COST: Park entrance fees apply, $5.00 per vehicle ($10.00 for non-Nevada vehicles). There is no additional cost to participate in the program.
