A Garden in the Desert

A Ranger will be on the site of our flourishing Pioneer Garden to discuss the wide variety of crops with park visitors. Come learn about the plants that the original settlers grew and observe harvesting and processing techniques.
WHEN: Saturday, August 4, 9 a.m. - 11 a.m.
WHERE: Old Las Vegas Mormon Fort State Historic Park, 500 E Washington Ave.
COST: Admission is $3.00 per person, children 12 and younger are free.
