Easter Egg Hunt
Lahontan State Recreation Area is proud to host its 23rd annual Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, March 31. This popular family event includes candy, prizes and a raffle. Due to generous donations from local businesses and residents, the park plans to hide several thousand eggs this year.
WHEN: Saturday, March 31, 10 a.m. – 11 a.m. The Easter egg hunt will begin at 10 a.m. sharp. The eggs are found very quickly and the hunt usually ends by 10:02, so don’t be late! A raffle of prizes to follow.
WHERE: Lahontan Recreation Area, Day Use Picnic Area, 1971 Fir Avenue, Silver Springs. Off highway 95A and Fir Avenue.
COST: No cost for the event, park entrance fee is waived for participants and family.
