Owl Prowl

Join our park interpreter for a walk (approximately 1.5 miles) to see who-who-who might be out and about in the park at dusk. Learn about owls in Nevada and use your eyes and ears to search for these mysterious birds in the park’s cottonwood forest. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable closed-toe shoes and bring water, insect repellent, binoculars, and a flashlight. Reservations required; please email ksanderson@parks.nv.gov to reserve your spot.

WHEN: Saturday, October 23, 2021, 5:15 p.m. to 6:45 p.m.

WHERE: Meet at Buckland Station. Buckland Station is located approximately 9 miles south of the Highway 95A/Highway 50 intersection on Highway 95A.
