Saturday, October 28, is Make a Difference Day, one of the largest national community service days. Fort Churchill State Historic Park is looking for volunteers who would like to lend a helping hand with projects around the park. Registration for this volunteer event is required.
WHEN: Saturday, October 28, 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Sign-in for volunteers will begin at 9:30 a.m. at the Fort Churchill Museum.
WHERE: Fort Churchill State Historic Park. Fort Churchill is located 8 miles south of the Highway95A/Highway 50 intersection on Highway 95A at 10000 Highway 95A, Silver Springs, NV 89429.
COST: No cost to registered volunteers.
