First Day Hike

On New Year’s Day Cathedral Gorge State Park will be hosting a Ranger-led First Day Hike at 11 am. Dress for the weather, wear sturdy shoes or boots, and bring something to drink. Dogs are welcome on a leash.

WHEN: January 1, 2022 Cathedral Gorge State Park 11 am
WHERE: Meet in the Day Use Area at Cathedral Gorge State Park.
3 hours north of Las Vegas: I-15 N to US-93 N to Cathedral Gorge Road.
1-1/2 hours west of Cedar City, Utah: UT-56 W to US-93 N to Cathedral Gorge Road.
1-1/2 hours northwest of St. George, Utah: UT-18 N to UT-56 W to US-93 N to Cathedral Gorge Road.
WHO: The event is open to the public.
COST: Entrance fee is waived for hike participants.
