Durable Surface Hopscotch- Ranger-led activity for children

You may not know just by looking at it, but the desert is a sensitive environment, and humans can have a devastating impact on this environment if we are not careful. Join a ranger, and learn the seven principles of Leave No Trace, and how you can help take care of this amazing place for future generations. Participants will be making a craft they can take home with them.
WHEN: Sunday, December 15, 2:30 pm-3:00 pm
WHERE: Meet at the Atlatl Rock Picnic Area.
COST: This event is free of charge, however, Valley of Fire State Park does have a day-use fee of $10 per vehicle.
